Refunds & Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but they may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors. As with all hand dyed yarns each skein, even those from the same dye batch, will never be identical. This is what makes hand dyed yarn so unique and special.
For this reason all sales are final. No exchanges on returns will be made unless your product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (only for defective, damaged or wrongly received items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
